Communicate and Lead
The club was formed in June 1993 and originally named as the Serangoon Gardens Toastmasters' Club. It was located in the former Serangoon Community Club. When it shifted to it's new premises in March 2004 at The Serangoon, the club is officially named as Toastmasters @ The Serangoon.
